Simply upload a few photos of your pet below Kait will be painting a 12”x12” or 11”x14” acrylic painting of your pet! Enter by End of the day August 12. Instagram vote will be all day August 13. Winner will be chosen and announced August 14 and the painting will be painted during the Phinneywood Artwalk!

Make sure to select a few photos that mean something to you: a beautiful moment during a trip, a special moment you want to remember, etc. Painting pet portraits for almost 20 years has taught me that the ones that are most successful:

• good contrast between lights and shadows

• high resolution

• not traditional front facing pet face
